Damage, Returns, and Cancellations

Inspect Immediately:
All deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours. Report damage or missing parts to support@uspolymersinc.com with photos and order number.

Returns:
Accepted within 30 days for unused, unassembled products in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges apply.

Cancellations:
Must be submitted before shipping. If your order has already been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied.

Refused or Missed Deliveries:
Refusals and non-responsive deliveries will be treated as returns and are subject to fees listed above.
